Our story.
Noble is the next chapter from a family-owned restaurant team whose journey began in 1997. Over the years we have managed and built places that focus on good food, honest drinks, and neighborly service. Noble brings that experience home to New Hudson. We are building a room that feels comfortable, with service that is relaxed and attentive.

The Menu
Shareable starters, mains that feel like a proper night out, and burgers and sandwiches that never let you down. There will be options for kids. Desserts will be simple and satisfying.
Drinks
The bar keeps it classic and unfussy. Order a cocktail you know or try a seasonal special. The tap list will mix local and national picks. Wine will be easy to choose. Non alcoholic options will still feel like a treat.
For Any Night
Noble is designed for weeknight dinners, date nights, family gatherings, and small celebrations. Come casual and bring friends. For early weeks we may prioritize reservations in the evening.
